This is likely an issue for [INFRA](https://infra.apache.org/jira-guidelines.html). You'd need a jira account, which you can request one [here](https://selfserve.apache.org/). As a workaround though, short of downloading the file and renaming it. Since you're going to be in the command line anyway for `coho`, you can use `wget` or `curl`. I open the dist page in my browser, but then just copy the download link and download them using `wget`. They download in the proper filename with these tools. FWIW, firefox also downloads them with the correct extension if I use "Save Page As...". If `.txt` is being tacked on, it might be Safari doing something non-standard. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
