Sebastian Futschikato updated CB-5998:
--------------------------------------

    Description:
Hi folks :)

My app cannot access the internet over the mobile network (cell phone system)
although the ordinary android browser has access to the internet. Over WLAN the
app can access the internet. Here some details:

- I chowned the global PhoneGap/Cordova folder to the current user in order to
debar permission problems.
- I created a brand-new test project (with CLI) with just a page and a link on
it. If you click the link, with WLAN the app loads the internet page, with
mobile network an application error occurs ("The connection to the server was
unsuccessful.")
- I tested it with the following plugins activated: network-information,
inappbrowser, org.apache.cordova.file-transfer
- I removed and added the plugins again + rebuilt the app.
- I tested it with no plugins activated (also with a brand-new project).
- I also built the app with the PhoneGap Build Service - didn't help either.
- The geolocation API does not seem to work either but I focussed more on the
internet problem. On the other hand, APIs like the camera or notifications work
as expected.

I don't know what's wrong. To me it looks like a bug. Could anyone confirm this?

Regards,
Sebastian
