See CB-6182
For Orientation, this requires a change in the Info.plist but we could read the
preference, and override the reading of the values here:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-ios/blob/217b3a52af828b0cc88111bcda7f7b862ad1549d/CordovaLib/Classes/CDVViewController.m#L78
... however it might be too confusing for the user, if there are two places for
the values to be set – but it could just be a documentation issue.
