FileSystem objects (returned by {{window.requestFileSystem}}) have a {{root}}
property which is a DirectoryEntry representing the root of the filesystem.
That DirectoryEntry is not correctly formed -- does not have a native URL
component, and so some methods (toURL) will not work as expected.
