CB-6512: Allow "cordova platform add /path/to/platform/files"
The directory with platform files is expected to contain a package.json
with name: cordova-platformName.
Example:
cordova platform add \
/Users/kamrik/.cordova/lib/npm_cache/cordova-ios/3.5.0/package/
