This hadn't been merged yet, which appears to be an oversight. So merging it
now, since the InAppBrowser tests had already been removed from the old-style
list but not yet added to the new-style framework.
[~stacic] On Android I'm seeing basically none of these tests work. In logcat
I'm consistently seeing:

You might check to see if these tests are working on other platforms to make
sure there isn't a porting problem. I considered not pushing this to master,
but thought it would be easier to debug if it was present.
