Odd-- and you're sure that they are directly resulting from the latest commit
(dd51229)? The errors are coming from a test that was added by 0ffb9698 --
namely testing that the URL passed to resolveLocalFileSystemURL does not start
with a "/"; if it does, then it will return this error.
Can you sanity-check that the tests actually pass on Windows Phone 8 at the
previous commit (308690)?
