The plugman docs at
http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/4.0.0/plugin_ref_plugman.md.html#Using%20Plugman%20to%20Manage%20Plugins
indicate that the switch to uninstall a plugin is --uninstall, but in reality
it's simply uninstall. When I try the command with a --uninstall, it fails and
simply displays the help file.
