Ok, sorry, I never used Jira before. It blocked development for me, so I 
thought...

Anyways, I found the issue in the chromium bug tracker: 
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=118639

It is fixed but because it is impossible to update the system's web view (at 
least for Android < L) this is still an issue for cordova-android.
