It looks like this was only changed when using Camera.PictureSourceType.CAMERA.
If you use Camera.PictureSourceType.PHOTOLIBRARY or
Camera.PictureSourceType.SAVEDPHOTOALBUM a Blob is still returned rather than a
file uri.
