Description:
plugin.xml is malformed.
* {{m3}} namespace prefix is used in {{<m3:Capability>}} tag but the namespace
is not declared.
*{{uap}} namespace prefix is used in {{<uap:Capability>}} tag but the namespace
is not declared.
The fix is as easy as adding the following namespace declarations to the
{{plugin}} element.
*{{xmlns:uap="http://schemas.microsoft.com/appx/manifest/uap/windows10"}}
*{{xmlns:m3="http://schemas.microsoft.com/appx/2014/manifest"}}

was:
plugin.xml uses {{m3}} namespace in its {{<m3:Capability>}} tag but the
namespace itself is not declared. Thus, plugin.xml is malformed and therefore
any attempts to unmarshall this XML will fail.
The fix is as easy as adding the following attribute and value to the root tag.
{{xmlns:m3="http://schemas.microsoft.com/appx/2014/manifest"}}
