No, you're not.  Intents by default shouldn't request a permission, and I have 
a feeling that this is exactly the same as the issue that we had with the 
camera, except that we are declaring the permission in the manifest already.  
This is interesting, since this use case isn't tested by mobilespec, which is 
probably why it's overlooked.

Contacts needs a complete refactor, or re-write in the first place, and the 
permissions were added as just a band-aid.
