Hi Justin. I read that article earlier. I'm not using Angular. I'm using the 
Polymer library where there is no declarative way to build markup if you wish 
to include bindings. It would also mean that I had to rebuild all the custom 
elements I've implemented because Polymer at it's core rely heavily on HTML 
imports which is using XHR on nonsupporting browsers (everything else than 
Chrome and Opera).
