Thanks! It was on my todo list for today :)

To sum up some of the discussion in the other issue, I've found that by making 
the {{resume}} event sticky in cordova.js, I can reliably get it in my code. I 
don't know if that means the event itself can only fire once -- if so, that's 
not the desired behavior.
