Well. 2 more tests and it is still working. I can say that the 'rise in bad
behavior' could definitely coincide with when I switched to iTerm2.
It is fair to say this is probably not a Cordova bug - but if it is some
setting, in theory it could impact Terminal, so I'd like to keep digging into
this if you don't mind.
I'm only so so when it comes to the deeper parts of OSX shells - is there
something I can check?
