Unlicense [1][2] is a "public domain by dedication" "license".
Unlicense clarification at the FSF [3].
The Creative Commons recognizes Unlicense [4]
Apache allows public domain to be included by "a suitable dedication (to the
public domain) by the authors;" thus it should apply to Unlicense [5].
