Hello,

Here is a sample project showing this issue.

This project is created with "Tools for Apache Cordova" for Visual Studio, but 
you can build it without Visual Studio if you pefer.

Steps to reproduce with a Windows 10 device :
- Build the app for Windows 10 target
- Run the app while the device is in portrait mode
- Click the button to take a photo
* The camera interface opens
- Take a photo while the device is still in portrait mode
* You should notice that the previw is rotated 90° counter-clockwise
- Accept the photo
* You should see the photo in the app, still rotated 90° counter-clockwise
