Pralhad P Goggi commented on CB-12503: -------------------------------------- I see that the quirk has been added on the doc page, but this really needs to be fixed. Another plugin I am using (see link below) does default to the rear camera. So it is do'able. Unfortunately, I couldn't access their source code to see the API they are using, I don't think they release the source code. https://github.com/Telerik-Verified-Plugins/BarcodeScanner > on Windows 10 camera plugin doesn't default to back camera > ---------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: CB-12503 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-12503 > Project: Apache Cordova > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Plugin Camera > Environment: Windows 10 tablets with dual cameras > Reporter: Karthik Balakrishnan > Priority: Minor > Labels: windows > > On dual camera Windows 10 tablets, the camera plugin doesn't default to back > camera even when the option: > cameraDirection: Camera.Direction.BACK > is passed. > Camera plugin version: 2.3.1 -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.15#6346) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: issues-unsubscr...@cordova.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: issues-h...@cordova.apache.org
