For playing of Audio media we should be documenting how to use the audio tag or
the JS API for the HTMLMediaElement.
When it comes to recording Audio we should be looking at the media capture and
streams specification: https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-main/
I think this plugin needs to go away and media recording can be handled by the
media capture plugin.
