Shazron Abdullah commented on CB-12970: --------------------------------------- Need to repro this in an isolated case. Create a new blank project, add the plugins you think affect your app, and add a simple button to call the camera plugin in index.html to repro. Then: {code} cordova plugin save {code} zip up the www folder and include the config.xml > Phonegap camera plugin crashing on iPhone 6s > -------------------------------------------- > > Key: CB-12970 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-12970 > Project: Apache Cordova > Issue Type: Bug > Components: cordova-plugin-camera > Affects Versions: cordova-ios@4.3.1 > Environment: iOS 10.3.2, iPhone 6s > Reporter: Monique > Priority: Critical > Labels: newbie > Fix For: 3.6.0 > > > We have a mobile app in the App store that uses the phonegap camera plugin. > We are hearing from customers that they are not able to capture and image. > When they try to take a picture, the app crashes and they get a white screen > that appears after they select the Use Photo selection, in addition to the > white screen there is a bar at the top. This is occurring on the iPhone 6s. > After some troubleshooting, we found that they are able to capture an image > using their front-facing cam (selfie-mode) and not rear-facing cam. Is this > an issue with the phonegap camera plugin, I was wondering if the rear-facing > cam captures images in a higher resolution than the front-facing cam, and if > there was some limit on the image size that the phonegap camera plugin allows > you to capture images? Please let me know, any suggestions would be greatly > appreciated. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.4.14#64029) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: issues-unsubscr...@cordova.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: issues-h...@cordova.apache.org
