I didn't close it because I think it's not interesting, I closed it because
there is already other issues open to make internationalization possible in
Cordova projects and they are older and more generic (this one is too specific
for the usage descriptions). Once Cordova supports internationalization, it
should be possible to localize the usage descriptions or any other string
easily.
