Running the unit tests you get output like this:

The following Capabilities were declared and are restricted:
documentsLibrary
You will be unable to on-board your app to the public Windows Store with these
capabilities and access rules permitting access to remote URIs.

Either the tests are slightly broken, or this is a real problem. Either should
be fixed.
