Problem: When I first wanted to submit a pull request, I am asked to create an
issue.
Therefore, I logged into this Jira. After logging in, I could not find the
Camera Plugin among the list of components. Thus, I submitted a pull request
without issue.
Possible Solution:
Document that all issues in the camera plugin are listed as apache cordova
issues.
