When uploading the app to the Microsoft Store, the app is detected by the store
as PWA (Progressive Web App). Therefor it is not allowed to charge any price
for it, instead it must be set to "Free".
After some contact with the Microsoft support I was told to contact the Cordova
developers as this is done by the cordova-windows framework.
Is this by intention or just by accident? This was definately not the case in
the past, as I uploaded several versions in the past which I was able to charge
for.
