Hi Andy - it's a great effort. I'll apply a patch.
I'll keep the issue open for a bit longer though. First, I reckon we actually
should not strip matrix params as the spec supports them being located at any
path segment - so I can get the code updated , unless you get a chance to
revisit this issue at some time - let me know please. I'll also need to fix
the issue I've talked about on the cxf-dev list, for UriInfo.getMatchedURI()
