Fix Version/s: NeedMoreInfo
We would need more information to diagnose this. A test case would be best.
If I go into apache-cxf-2.3.2/bin and run "wsdl2java -d /tmp -xjc-Xts
../samples/wsdl_first/wsdl/CustomerService.wsdl", it runs fine and propertly
generats the toString methods on the beans.
