While on a profile session for unrelated reasons, I noticed a couple of easy
perf improvement options:
- use pre-compiled pattern to split extension text line when building the
extension manager bus
- reduce number of invocations to FaultInfo::getMessageParts() from
ReflectionServiceFactoryBean as that method creates / populates / copies a
*lot* of ArrayList instances
