The following bundles, and probably more, cannot be deployed in a non Aries
Blueprint Container..
org.apache.cxf.cxf-rt-core
org.apache.cxf.cxf-rt-transports-http
As they import: org.apache.aries.blueprint
Either the import should be marked optional or the Aries specific code factored
out into a new bundle..
