A Trusted IDP could support different protocols which is configured in the
attribute "protocol" of the TrustedIDP domain object:
In 1.1, only WS-Federation protocol is supported for a trusted IDP. A mechanism
must be added to be able to customize the support for different protocols and
use that as basis for users to add new protocols to the Fediz IDP but
preferably contribute it to the project.
