it looks like the permgen issue that I was seeing has something to do with the
jdk version that I used (1.6.0_65-b14-462-11M4609 on macbook). With the
standard jdk 1.7.0_51, I ran the whole systests/jaxrs a couple of times and not
seeing the problem. So, I'll activate the test.
