JAXBUtils.logGeneratedClassNames logs out generated class names at INFO level.
This means that when using the dynamic client factory, the entire process can
be run smoothly and I won't see any output at all (as expected), except for the
generated classes.
This should really be at DEBUG level, at least when called from the
DynamicClientFactory where the caller is generating them on the fly. Maybe the
level could be passed in to JAXBUtils.logGeneratedClassNames.
