Please don't use JIRA to ask questions. Instead send a mail to 
us...@cxf.apache.org. The answer is yes, if using WS-SecurityPolicy you can 
simply attach a policy to the wsdl:fault part of the binding, and the fault 
will be secured according to the policy.
