Thanks for the credit Sergey, there was no need really. I appreciate it. :-)
I think the property name, {{org.apache.cxf.logging.enable}}, is a good one to
be used. If it is defined when the bus is constructed, it enables the logging
interceptors. If it's not and then set up later, then the logging interceptors
will kick in. This makes it less dubious IMHO.
