So HttpServiceManager has nothing to do e.g. with the
org.osgi.service.http.port property, you just need to ensure that its config
property httpBase specifies the same port. I am not sure when cxfServletAlias
steps in. It is omitted if the service specifies the
org.apache.cxf.ws.httpservice.context property?
This bug seems to be related to DOSGI-225.
