[~reta] didn't find how to set it except using
@org.apache.cxf.annotations.EndpointProperty (or plural flavor) which can't be
set on a method. Maybe a new BusFactoryBeanListener could be added to do that -
fine to be another ticket, just trying to see how to fulfill the original need
to configure globally the size?
