When attempting to put the "-fe cxf" property into the defaultOptions/extraargs
element, it adds the property mulitple times to the wsdl2java command. This
causes a failure with the message:
org.apache.cxf.tools.common.toolspec.parser.BadUsageException: Duplicated
option: frontend
