Dann solltest Du dieses Issue an denjenigen reassignen (dafür müssten wir aber
eine entsprechende Issuezilla-Einführung machen).
Wer sich der Aufgabe annimmt, sollte den Issue auf jeden Fall auf "STARTED"
setzen, dann sehen wir, dass er in Arbeit ist.
Die entsprechende Datei ist /html/addons.html, dort ist der Tabelleneintrag für
den SVG-Import auskommentiert.
