Why should "the language projects" decide that? Including the JRE or not has
nothing to do with "the language projects", it's mainly a marketing decision
that should be handled consistently in all countries, so people would know what
to expect. Obviously, the people behind OpenOffice don't know the first thing
about marketing. And you're challenging Microsoft Office? No further questions.
