removed {{exec/java-exec/src/main/resources/logback.xml}}
all unit are passing, no new failures added to functional, sf100 and customer
tests.
Although this change fixes the problem when running multiple {{mvn test}}, a
new error arises when calling {{mvn clean install test}} although because {{mvn
clean install}} launches the tests without problems we may accept this patch as
an intermediary fix.
