    Description: Instead of Drill's  JoinCategory class, we should leverage 
Calcite's JoinInfo to keep track of the components of a join condition.  The 
JoinInfo class splits the join condition into equijoin and non-equijoin which 
is pretty much the same as being done by JoinCategory.    (was: Instead of
