Krystal closed DRILL-1350.
--------------------------

Updated the value of some options using "alter systems ...". Noted the default
value for "planner.broadcast_threshold"=1000000.

Upgraded drill from 0.7 to 0.9. Verified that the value for the updated
options still remained the same. Verified that the value for
"planner.broadcast_threshold" now is 10000000

> Make sure default option values are handled correctly during upgrade

> When Drill is installed, the various system options and their default values
> are stored in zookeeper. When upgrading to a new version, if these default
> options have changed in the new version, they are not reflected in Zookeeper
> and we continue to use the old default values. This is an upgrade issue and
> should be handled correctly.
