+1, couple of minor comments.
We don't need the convert_toSIMPLEJSON any more, can we remove it? Also if we
need to keep it then we should simply add that as a name alias to the function
convert_toJSON
Just wanted to mention that changing the option to enable extended json would
still not bind to the convert_toEXTENDEDJSON function automatically, to make
that happen we will have to change DrillOptiq.
