[~MikeEngland] I think most of the bugs/component updates was completed and
there is only one crash in unit tests, DRILL-1489, that is pending which I am
unable to reproduce in my setup. However, the code has since then moved a lot
forward and there may be new issues which we do not know about.
Would you be willing to help us by building the current master, running the
unit test and reporting any failures that you see?
