[~luoc], thanks for the heads-up! [~cgivre], which improvements? Once the EVF
2 work is merged, the CSV (formally, the "compliant text reader", or text
format which also supports TSV, etc.) will fully support a provided schema and
limit pushdown. (The current CSV reader also supports a provided schema, the
EVF 2 version is more robust.)
