[According to the OkHttp docs, closing the InputStreams that we obtain is the
same thing|https://square.github.io/okhttp/4.x/okhttp/okhttp3/-response-body/]
so I don't think that also closing ResponseBodys will help with any resource
leaks in this plugin.
