+1 on concept but -1 on the current patch.
* It looks like the faq link often opens a new window.
* The search should be site search. It doesn't make sense that it is mailing
list search. It should also cover both the site and the wiki. I think google
has parameters to support this.
Also, has some reviewed all non-apache outbound links and ensured nofollow?
