As I discussed with Hanifi a little while ago, in my opinion, my requirements
for the patch are this:
must be able to disable jdbc-all, while building everything else
by default, everything should be built
must be compatible with distro profile (i.e. mapr)
As long as those two conditions, I don't really care if he would also like to
add an option to disable entire contrib module or interpreter module.
It appears that Aditya's updated patch meets my requirements.
