Description:
Can we have an improved dev environment setup guide on the Github . Setting up
the environment is always tedious and always requires a bit of googling and
tinkering. A recommendation of IDE's should also be mentioned in the guide and
also any special setup required.
As you can see here the eclipse guide is quite up to date:

While the intellij was last updated in 2016
