Hi [~vorburger] - when I looked into this, it really wasn't clear to me what
this would give to us. When I do debugging in Eclipse and make changes to code,
it all just seems to work as expected even without any additional Spring Boot
Dev Tools magic: my changes get applied to the running instance without a
restart, and are effective immediately.
What more do we get with Spring Boot Dev Tools - what additional things are
possible?
