Summary: Holidays get stored as the previous day

When adding a holiday if I choose for example the 9th of August as the start
and end date and save, it shows in the approval queue as the 8th of August. I
was able to reproduce this on the demo site:

This also affects loan repayments, I was able to add a holiday for the 9 August
by selecting 10 August. When checking the repayment schedule for a loan with
daily repayments I could see that the payments were still scheduled for the 9th
but the payment on the 6th was skipped.
